Refund policy

At MATHIS Gallery, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us at mathisgallery@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
