Every MATHIS Gallery print is prepared with care before it ships from Portugal. Here is everything you need to know about processing times, delivery times, and shipping costs.
Processing time
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships out. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is calculated by destination. Estimated delivery times below are in addition to the processing time above.
- Portugal: free shipping, 3-5 business days
- Core Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain): 7.90 EUR, 3-5 business days
- Rest of Europe (including the United Kingdom): 13.90 EUR, 5-8 business days
- International (United States, Canada, Australia, and more): 17.00 EUR, 7-10 business days
Exact rates and available options are always shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delays
Some circumstances are out of our control, such as holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Most packages arrive within the estimated window, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a parcel is handed over to the carrier.
